This time our special focus was on privately ordered stamps. Regarding Estonia, this sub-area was thoroughly revised, and the Lithuanian issues received a new frame design after seven years. Collectors of issues from Finland may look forward to more precise distinguishing features found on the “Russian Coat of Arms” postage stamps issued in 1901. From the past to the present: “Box by Posti” is an additional service stamp newly issued in Finland. We have combined the popular artist blocks from Latvia into one series. And we were able to assign the numbers of issue to the numerous stamp booklets issued on the occasion of philatelic exhibitions. The revision and updating of price quotations was another focal point. Type variations issued by Estonia during the period between WWI and WWII are definitely among the winners. Yet stamp booklets, foil sheets and contemporary Estonian stamp blocks have also enjoyed increases in value. Finnish issues in mint condition as well as cancelled specimens have been showing a lot of fluctuation, particularly in the 1990s. Regarding Latvian overprint issues MiNo. 313 to MiNo. 316, we have assessed pairs with and without overprint. And Lithuanian issues from 1940 that were cancelled to order have now been listed with price quotations of their own.
